Wicked Ball is designed for both dogs and cats.
The material that we used on the inner layer of our outer shell is PC, which is known for its hardness. For the outer layer, we have used TPU, which is relatively soft but also has a protective effect on pets. 
Wicked Ball is waterproof and can be cleaned with water. Just run it under water and use a paper towel to dry.  The core ( inside ) of Wicked Ball is not waterproof. It can NOT be cleaned. 
Yes, the Wicked Ball is waterproof. It has been with IPX67 standards and it worked well. You may play with your puppy in water as well. 
The playtime depends on Wicked Ball and pets’ interaction time. In some situations, the maximum playtime could be up to 8 hours.
It takes 60 minutes for the Wicked Ball to fully recharge.
Remove the Wicked Ball’s outer shell and detach the Wicked Ball Core.  Insert the smaller end of the supplied USB charging cable into the Wicked Ball and plug the larger end into a USB power source. 
A yellow indicator will light up to indicate that the Wicked Ball is charging.  When indicator light turns to green, the Wicked Ball is fully charged.
Insert the Wicked Ball Core into the Wicked Ball’s Outer Shell and then firmly tighten the Wicked Ball’s Outer Shells.
Wicked Ball can run easily on normal carpets. For  thicker carpets, it will attract pets’ attention by twisting and rolling.
No. But there is a small snack hole, which is designed for placing a small treat. It is designed to attract lazy pets who are sensitive to food.

  1. Place the Wicked Ball on the ground so your pet can walk up to it and give it a sniff anytime.
  2. Allow your pet to get used to Wicked Ball. Some pets love it right away, while others may a few days to become acquainted.
  3. Give your pet lots of love and encouragement.
  4. Repeat until your pet is comfortable.
